dc.description.abstractThe article initially presents a descriptive approach to the concepts of development in its economic, social and sustainability dimensions. It then analyzes the right to development in its various legal meanings (legal right, principle and administrative function). Finally, it examines the legal framework of the Workers’ Assistance Fund, at constitutional and legal levels, especially regarding its legal nature, remuneration systematic, capital structure and regulation for withdrawal of funds from BNDES in case of insufficiency.-
