A reestruturação do setor de telecomunicações no Brasil

Abstract

This article reviews the principal aspects of the restructuring of the telecommunications sector in Brazil, with a focus on the regulatory mechanisms that seek to promote both competition in the sector, and universal access to services. The objective is to contribute to the better understanding of the regulatory challenges presented by a segment of infrastructure that is undergoing rapid changes and includes significant technological advances.
